At this age, kids are quite well-organized. Their education is more efficient, and kids begin to make wise decisions. They are also getting ready to start a new era of their lives at school. They have excellent conversational and argumentative skills. They are more eager to take on challenging multi-step undertakings and cooperate in groups. Out of school care (6-12 years)

The age range of the kids enrolled in school-age care has certain requirements for the design area. For kids aged 5 to 12 years old, the OSC room offers flexible space use for a range of developmental phases. There is ample room to enable a wide range of activities, including quieter pursuits like reading or concentrating on schoolwork as well as social interactive games, sports, and mixed media. A variety of gaming tools, including hockey, soccer/footballs, bats, hula hoops, pool noodles, etc., are available in the room, which also provides access to the outside.
